Launching the podcast

After many months of research, talking to public servants in Canada and abroad, we’re thrilled to be kicking off the first season of the Functional Government podcast. It’s available on all major platforms (see the links in the menu bar above.)

While we’ve had a hard time finding folks in Canada willing (or able) to speak about the state of services here at home, recent news about tax modernization from the current administration made us realize it was time to share what we have.

Here’s a brief explanation of why we’re doing this, and what we hope to cover this season—shot at the last minute in Berlin!
